These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms of Use") govern access to and use of the NOUSTEP mobile application (hereinafter the "Application"), published by NOUSTEP, a simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €1,000, whose registered office is located at 9 Allée Charles Grosperrin, 93300 AUBERVILLIERS, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 943 693 002 (hereinafter the "Publisher"), available on the Android and iOS stores.
Use of the Application implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use by any user.
Article 1 – Purpose
The purpose of the Application is to provide travelers with practical information about services available at airports (shops, restaurants, flights), as well as a community space for passenger interaction.
Article 2 – Access to the Application
The Application is free of charge for individual users, except for certain features reserved for professionals, which are subject to fees.
Access to the Application requires the creation of a personal account with an email address and password. The user agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
Use of the Application is strictly prohibited for persons under 18 years of age. NOUSTEP reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates this rule.
Article 3 – Community Space and Moderation
The Application allows users to interact with each other in a support community space.
The community space is moderated in accordance with the NOUSTEP Moderation Charter.
Article 4 – User Obligations
Each user agrees to:
Use the Application fairly, in compliance with applicable laws and the rights of third parties
Not impersonate any third party
Not publish defamatory, offensive, obscene content, or content contrary to public order
Not use the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes
Any violation may result in the suspension or deletion of the account without prior notice
Article 5 – Personal Data
Use of the Application involves the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is accessible at any time from the Application.
The processing is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Article 6 – Intellectual Property
NOUSTEP holds all intellectual property rights related to the Application and its content (texts, images, databases, interfaces, etc.)
Any reproduction, representation, extraction, or use, even partial, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Article 7 – Liability
NOUSTEP makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Application but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability of the service.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that their device is compatible with the Application and that they have a sufficient internet connection.
NOUSTEP cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
Article 8 – Suspension – Termination
NOUSTEP reserves the right to suspend or delete access to the Application in case of violation of these Terms of Use, fraudulent or abusive use, or for maintenance or security reasons.
Users may uninstall the Application at any time or request the deletion of their account via the contact address.
Article 9 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the territorially competent French courts.
